1、 When the temperature is too high, the speed is too slow, and the heat resistance of the outer coating is poor, the seal will appear scorch marks. The maintenance method is to speed up the speed, reduce the temperature, and replace the film material.

2、 If the tool holder is too high or too low, the packaging speed is too fast, and the push rod and cutter are not synchronized, the cutter will cut on the product. The maintenance method is to reduce the packaging speed, adjust the height of the end sealing parts, and make the sealing tool center in the middle of the product height.

3、 The color of the film color code is too light, and the film drive slips. When the color mark tracking is not turned on, the cutting position will deviate from the color mark. At this time, the maintenance method is to refer to the packaging machine manual and adjust its sensitivity; in the man-machine dialogue interface, switch the tracking mode to "tracking cutting".

4、 When the solid state breaker is burnt out, the temperature control meter is damaged. When the thermocouple is damaged, the thermometer can not control the temperature. The maintenance method is to replace the holding couple, replace the temperature control meter (see the right figure), and replace the heating body.

5、 If the speed is too fast, the heat sealing property of the inner layer of the coating is poor. If the temperature is too low, the sealing will be leaking or not firm. The maintenance method is to slow down the speed, adjust the temperature and replace the film material.

6、 If the air pressure is not correct, the swing rod of the cylinder is loose, the heating temperature is low, and the hot pressing roller is not parallel to the transmission roller, the heat sealing is not good. The maintenance method is to adjust the parallelism, adjust the temperature and air pressure to make it tight.

And it should be noted that the induction aviation plug must be inserted before the power supply is turned on, and the screw shall be locked; the metal cover and metal container shall not be used, and the start button shall not be pressed on the metal table surface, otherwise the machine will be damaged; during the working process, the surface of the sensing head shall be often touched to check whether it is overheated. If it is found that it is hot, the heating shall be stopped and the work shall be started after cooling; in pillow type packaging, the sensor head surface shall be touched frequently There will be high voltage in the body and there is electricity in the bottom plate. Attention must be paid to avoid personal danger during maintenance.
